Taking its design cues from our very popular NZ159 Whakamaru, the NZ141 Wakatū gives you open plan living and three bedrooms with a more compact floor plan. This mid sized home has plenty to offer, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, a great open plan lounge, kitchen and dining lifestyle, plus a laundry nook in the garage and internal access.
The separate entranceway leads through to the dining area and kitchen, flowing through to the lounge, the sliding doors give you and your guests access to patio areas and the outdoors. Each bedroom has a double wardrobe built in and close access to the family bathroom and separate toilet.
